Great for Cardio and cross-training!
" I have been looking for an athletic shoe that fits my workout needs. I do alot of cardio and cross training and these are perfect support with little weight. "

Terrific Cross Trainer

Great fit and feel
" I've worn these shoes for about two weeks now in a variety of circuit and TRX classes and they are very comfortable. I usually feel pain in my arches and numbness in my toes wearing regular running shoes during these kinds of workouts, but I felt no pain or numbness at all in these cross trainers. They are wonderfully cushioned and the stretch fabric on the top of the shoe allows your feet to move without too much constraint while still feeling supported. I have wide feet and would have normally purchased a wide width, but unfortunately they were not available in the store. Even so, the regular width feels fine and as I mentioned, the stretch material allows the foot to expand comfortably. I would highly recommend these shoes! "

Never a disappointment
" Super lightweight. GREAT for cross training. Sole is super flexible and very cushy. Only bummer is there is no way one should go running in these - so when I miss my class at the gym, if I don't have my other pair of shoes with me I can't hit a treadmill. As usual with New Balance gym shoes, I ordered a half size up. "
