" I bought these becasue they looked classy and sexy, and they definitely are both. However, I am 5 foot 4 and these boots came up almost to the middle of my knee cap and made it very uncomfortable. I could not wear them. Although they feel comfortable on the foot and the heel height is perfect, they are made for a 6 foot something person. Sad, but I had to return them. "

Oooh la la
" Purchased the taupe in size 10. I typically wear a 9.5 or 10, so for boots I err on the side of larger so I can wear socks. These feel like they will work very well with a pair of average athletic socks. The boot material feels like leather and is such a unique colour. I read some reviews that the quality of this boot was poor and one could see the glue etc. I did not find that with these boots at all. They looked pristine and were admired by everyone I showed them to.
I didn't give 5 stars because the sole is very slick so I will have to do a little shimmy and shuffle on some rough road or concrete to get some grip on the soles of these shoes.
Now to lose 0.5 of an inch around my knee so I can zip these puppies all the way up. That's not the fault of the boot, I have fat knees. Only had less than an inch left to zip up and could easily hide that and not the fault of the boot. "
