What happened here?
" I have purchased several Audrey Brook shoes and all have run true to size and have been very comfortable. This shoe ran small and narrow for me and it was not comfortable at all. I would suggest sizing up 1/2 to 1 full size. "

" Ordered these in brown. They are really nice looking and comfy. I have been looking for dark brown shoes, these fit the bill perfectly..nice heel, the elastic fitting leaves good fit. "

Didn't work out
" I liked the style. Shoe wasn't as comfortable on. The cut of the shoe didn't work for me. Sadly, I will be returning these. "

" I saw this shoe online and fell in love with it. I tried to see if they had the shoe in a local store as I needed it quick for a function. I contacted Customer Service only to find out, it was an online exclusive. However, the very experienced CSR assisted me so that I could have the shoe in time for the function and gave me complimentary 2-day shipping! I received the shoes today and I love them even more than I did online. I am not a red person, but this shoe is hot and the price was right! Thanks DSW!!! "
