Comfortable but not rugged
"Had the 411s for about 9 months and although they are very comfortable, the sole is starting to separate from the body. Also, since it is a walking shoe, the tread is not very deep so beware on ice or slick conditions."

Hubby Loves Them
"Bought these for hubby to wear to work and he loves them. He's on his feet 10 hours a day and had bypass surgery on both legs earlier this year and has no problem walking in these shoes all day long. Very lightweight and super comfortable. Probably going to order several more pairs as back ups."

Comfort & Support for Weary Feet!
"My husband works as a supervisor at a popular Manhattan restaurant. He rarely gets to sit down. Before and after work, he walks several blocks to get the subway then walks home. His shifts start at 8am and end at 10pm - very long days without rests inbetween. For months, he's come home with achy feet and tired legs. Barely able to move from the pain! But ONE DAY in the New Balance Men's 411 Walking Shoe and he's no longer in pain! In his words: "These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned!" We're buying another pair!!!!!"
