Definitely not for overpronators
" These shoes are fine for doing DVD workouts at home, but I doubt they would be good for running if you overpronate *at all*. I'm not a severe overpronator, but these made my arches cramp up after only a few minutes of exercise. Since I'm not fond of using this particular pair for working out, I wore them while painting inside my house. Even standing on the ladder agonized my arches. I think I will stick to my ASICS for fitness and relegate these New Balance shoes to quick tasks like stepping out to get the mail. "

" This sneaker hit my big toes in a way that made them uncomfortable to wear. This sneaker is very lightweight and flexible though. Not everyone would have the same fit as me. I own version 2 of this sneaker, and it fits much better on me and they are so comfortable. I wear them as my "everyday" sneakers. "
