Such an awesome Chuck concept!

"I wear a ton of pairs of Chucks, and I have to say, out of all the pairs I've seen, this is the most creative, useful concept. It improves on all of the weaknesses of the low-top Chucks (the way that the backs can dig into your heels) by adding padding to the tongue and the tops. It mixes modern flourishes with the old-school look of Chucks, giving you the best of both worlds.
The color choice on this is solid, and while it took some getting used to the slip-on concept these shoes use, it does work well. Longer laces might be an option as well if you prefer to actually tie the shoes, but overall I was super-impressed when i found these. One of the best pairs of Chucks I've ever owned — and I've owned many!"

awesome!
"My husband LOVES these shoes! he loves that they are padded mids and that he doesn't have to tie them. they are also very trendy and go with everything. he loved them so much, we got them in another shade of grey and blue (which seems sold out now) and recently picked up the black/red pair as well. they are true to size. we always get a half size up for converse. very happy dsw carries these since we haven't seem them anywhere else ;)"
