Great for training.
" I love these shoes for training, though I'm not sure I would want to wear them for a race. This is due to the fact that rocks/debris can get stuck in the grooves while running. The shoe flexes really well and actually works the muscles in my leg differently than any other shoe I've ever trained in. Overall, this was a great buy! "
