Love these booties!
" I bought these first in black and liked them so much I bought them in the grey, too. Please note that the cream/taupe version is really more like a grey. These are super cute and pretty comfy. I did add an insole because there isn't much padding. They fit true to size. "

" I ordered these in gray color, size 7.5, they are very comfortable, the only negative thing is that the two of the bows are not aligned in the middle but go a little more to one side. "

A go-to
" Now I love these shoes, but I find there to be a slight problem. On both pairs of these I've owned the heel plate has popped off. The first pair was replaced by DSW and the 2nd pair was good for a few months, but recently the plate popped off and now I can't wear them.
They are nice, cute, and comfortable. But the fatal flaw is the heel plate. "
