" These boots have bad zippers. Whether you buy online, or in the store, the zippers are all bad. If you "think" you get a pair that work... don't be fooled They WILL Break! "

" These boots are very comfy and stylish. I so far have not had a problem with the zipper as others mentioned. That's really disappointing to hear others are having issues with these boots. "

Poor quality
" These boots are a very poor quality, the zipper broke the first time the boots were worn. DSW kindly gave a refund and apologized for offering a substandard product. Overall Madden Girl quality continues to decrease, luckily DSW has lots of other brands to choose from. "
