Loved them, but they broke!
" I loved, loved, loved these boots. I saw them online during the summer and then finally bought them in the fall. I had to wait for weeks for them to be restocked and then shipped and I was so excited when they came in the mail. I had them for a week, proudly wearing them when one day the zipper of one of the boots split at the heel. This was quite disappointing. The piece on one of the boots to hold the laces on the tongue was also sewn improperly and was also broken. I called DSW customer service and they were polite and very understanding, but apparently they have been having an issue with their vendor and they advised me not to buy another pair. :( "

love the boots, terrible zippers
" I love almost everything about these boots: they're stylish, comfortable, and go with almost anything I wear, but the zippers are terrible. For the first week or two I just thought they weren't working well because the shoes needed worn and worked in a bit, but after a couple of weeks they are still very difficult to zipper, and yesterday the zipper on the left shoe split, so I can't even wear them now. "

LOVE!
" I am not a veteran online shopper. These boots were the frst I have bought from DSW. From looking at the reviews and looking for hours at the close up of the leather / comparing them to other boots. I finally decided to buy them. I have narrow feet and wear an 8.5. The fit very well, not too snug to the width of my feet or length. I got A LOT of compliments from these boots and when i decided to fold them down and wear them with shorts, I also got a load of compliments, people thought they were a whole different shoe. It's a great shoe, stylish, but also casual. AND the quality is great for its price. Buy Buy Buy! "
