Better than what I was expecting
" I really needed rain boots....so I saw these ones online (they looked good in the picture but sometimes you never know, pictures can be deceptive). I opened the box when it arrived and they were better in person. The outside of the boots is not plastic, it's more like fabric but it's still water resistant. I wore them already and they kept my feet dry. They are long, almost close to my knees, so they are perfect (I'm 5'3" for the record). I ordered number 7 and they fit perfectly. They are not the typical plastic rain boots. "
