Great, but...
" I loved these boots since the moment I saw them online. Went to the store to try on and buy. the calves are slightly tight on, but it's real leather so they soften within one wear. however the quality is not there. second time wearing them as I was walking down the sidewalk the zipper popped open and broke all the way down. DSW was wonderful with replacements but the second pair, the stitching has already started to unravel. So wear sparingly. Very disappointed with Tahari quality. "

Love
" These boots are beautiful! They are the perfect "equestrian" boots for this fall and would be great for wearing with dresses and skirts for a more dressed up look. They fit true to size. "

Great Boots!
" I just bought these boots for winter, and I love them! Shipping was very fast, and the boots were better than I imagined. They run a little narrow and the calf opening is a little tight, but overall they are very comfortable. "

Lovely Boots
" These boots are beautiful. I was nervous about ordering boots online because it's hard to tell if a product is good quality from the pictures. Thankfully the leather on these boots is soft and beautiful, but stiff enough that they don't bag out at the ankles (a pet peeve of mine). I have very small calves so boots are always a little big on me in that area but these aren't bad! When looking at them from the font you can't tell they're too big in the calf, it's when you look at them sideways that you see it (they gap in front and behind but not sideways, if that makes sense), which I can live with. Once I tuck jeans into them, I anticipate this issue being minimized. As other reviewers said, the boot feels very comfortable. The zippers are a nice touch, and are tonal--no gold/silver zipper it kind of blends into the shoe nicely but doesn't disappear. Only the inside zipper is actually functional. All in all I'm very please with these boots and I'm extremely picky. The only thing I wish they had was a buckle of some sort, as they're rather simple. On the other hand, they're classic and I'm sure I'll be wearing them for years to come. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quality leather (so many boots these days aren't even real leather) pair of classic riding boots. "
