Ugh!
"Bought this shoe and loved it! When I finally decided to wear them to work, something felt weird. The heel was coming off already!! I so disappointed!! I called DSW and the customer service was great, but unfortunately, they didn't have anymore in my size or color and are not getting another shipment in. I can return them to my nearest DSW store."

"Awsome fall/winter boot.
Way more comfortable than they look with such a tall heel, perfect for wearing skinny jeans or leggings.
I will deffinetly be wearing these all winter. The zipper on the side isn't bad at all, you just want to make sure the fabric is between the zipper and your ankle."

"These shoes are cute and the black is true. The platform is more like 1/2 inches so they feel like 3 1/2 when you walk in them. that is a little higher than what i expected so just know that. They are super cute alone but chic with panty hose or leg gins!! Hope this helped! I love them."

"I just got these shoes. I am still breaking them in but find I am satisfied overall with the shoe. It runs true to size and they are very cute. It's no more uncomfortable than a regular pair of heels but as I said I am still breaking them in (and hoping they become more comfortable after being worn a few times)."
