Great everyday bag

" I've been looking for a bag like this for lighter school and work days, where all I have to carry around is a notebook, my kindle and a water bottle, and my herschel Little America backpack is too big. So I finally found this!
I love very understated bags, and this is a winner; the zippers are a perfect contrast, they're very bright against the black faux leather, and the little turn clasp on the front compartment is great. I thought it was just for show but it does have a nifty little pocket there! I love all the little compartments, there's two phone-sized open slip pockets on the inside, i like to put my phone in one and my key card in the other, and a zippered compartment on the other side of the interior, as well as the aforementioned outer pocket, and another zippered pocket on the back exterior.
I love the handles, they go over my shoulder very comfortably. I've never been a big fan of drop handles on bigger bags, but this works fine if the bag is not too heavy.
Even though I use it on my lightweight days, it fits my kindle, a notebook, a makeup bag, and my 13 in macbook! The weight of the macbook kind of deforms the bottom, and I don't plan on using it as a laptop bag, but it does in a pinch!
The texture of the bag is also nice; it's not as cheap as most faux leathers. The matte finish might contribute to that. It feels very substantial. The inner linig is a light print, it's good to see into as another reviewer said. For the sale price ($50) it is a great value. At the MSRP of $105 I might have settled for something smaller and pricier but made of real leather. My only tiny complaint is that I wish the small compartment had two zippers. "

My first black bag!
" In my opinion it's hard to find a black handbag of great quality without it costing hundreds. It took me long enough, but I finally found a black hand bag that meets all my requirements: size ( prefer medium to large bags), can be converted into crossbody, has enough exterior and interior compartments, and is not overwhelmed with heavy gold toned hardware. The quality is really great! It even feels like real leather. I think the inside of a bag is just as important as the exterior appearance. The print on the inside is both simple enough and unique. You can even use it as a weekender bag depending on how light you pack. I bought it in store for around $44. Great buy! I absolutely love it. Take a chance, you wont regret it. "
