Short-term wear only
"I absolutely loved these boots for the first couple months I owned them. They were comfortable and looked great with all of my clothes. After three months, the zipper tab broke, the soles began to crack, and the heel of the soles completely split from the shoe. These are definitely not suitable for day-to-day, long-term wear."

love these!
"I bought these shoes a few months ago and I've been wearing them practically nonstop! They're so cute and perfect for this winter weather. The first time I wore them with just basic ankle socks, but I wound up getting blisters on my heels from the boot rubbing against it for so many hours. Now I always make sure to wear longer crew neck socks that I know will cover my heel and that doesn't bother me at all; no blisters or anything :)"

Poor Workmanship
"I loved the look of these shoes -- they've got fun details and are slim rather than clunky, with nice treads. Unfortunately, the second time I put them on, the zipper (which I was definitely not manhandling) literally crumbled in my hand, rendering them useless. Given the other reviews on this site, it seems like this is a common problem with these shoes, so I opted to get a different pair of boots altogether. A shame, because these were so cute!"

Not Happy!
"Loved these boots - first time I tried them on the zipper broke off. Returned them and ordered another pair. Got the second pair Sat. and went to wear them Sunday and the zipper broke again! Will be returning these AGAIN Monday. Obviously not made well. Always liked Guess before - not this time. Will try a different brand now."

"These booties are awesome!!! They fit perfectly and the color makes it easy to coordinate with the fall!! (Which is definitely my favorite season) These booties make me want to be a little more risque with the way I dress as well. They are simple enough to wear with the basic skinny jean but have enough flare to complete an outfit with a cute skirt or dress. Awesome booties!! Comfortable too!"

LOVE!
"I love these boots! I saw them in black in the store and was IN LOVE but I was searching for brown boots at the time. LOW and behold, they had brown on the web!!
I'm usually a 7.5 but I ordered a 7 because the 7.5 felt generally too loose. They were a tiny bit snug lengthwise on day one but they must have stretched or shifted because they length is perfect now. I would say they are a tiny bit wide, my feet are a little narrow, but most shoes and boots fit fine; I'm thinking the width is probably why the 7.5 felt especially loose.
I would buy them again in a heartbeat! I love wearing them with chunky socks and cool tights, but they look great with pants or shorts, too."

great fall shoes
"I bought these last month and they are definitely among my favorites for fall shoes. They're a great casual, everyday boot that go great with a pair of jeans and they're super comfortable. The fake leather material is a little cheesy/cheap looking but they were on sale at my local store so they were still a worthwhile purchase. Plus people have told me more than once that my feet look really small in them (even though I wear a size 9)"

"My first order came and the zipper pull was smashed. I called right away and DSW sent me an exchange Fed Ex 2day for free. I wanted the exchange because I love this boot. Second pair came in perfect. Customer Service promised the second pair would be hand observed and it was. Thanks for a boot I love."

"I wish I had read more reviews before buying these boots. The black looks dirty (more like a smoky gray) and it's shoddy workmanship. You can see the glue running along the stitching. These are going back ASAP!"

Not My Favorite Pair
"Prior to ordering these boots, I read the reviews and noticed that they ran a little long. I normally wear an 8 1/2 so I ordered an 8 and they were still entirely too big. On top of that, to me, they were much cuter online than in person. They seemed to be worn already when I took them out of the box."

Comfortable and stylish
"I bought these in brown last week for my school. I'm a graduate student who spend most of my time working in the lab. These are great shoes for fall ,/ mild winter, very comfortable , and goes well with most outfits. The only minor draw back is , laces untie very easily if not tied carefully. I would definitely recommend them for all day use. They are great !"

Meh
"At first glance, I thought these shoes were adorable in store. They didn't have my size, so I ordered them online. I received them today and the fit is slightly bigger than expected, but would have been comfortable with thick socks. The black is more of a dirty grey (not in a bad way, but it's not black) and doesn't look like the best quality. Further, there was NO zipper on one of the boots, so I'm going to return these babies this weekend!"
