Poor Workmanship
" I loved the look of these shoes -- they've got fun details and are slim rather than clunky, with nice treads. Unfortunately, the second time I put them on, the zipper (which I was definitely not manhandling) literally crumbled in my hand, rendering them useless. Given the other reviews on this site, it seems like this is a common problem with these shoes, so I opted to get a different pair of boots altogether. A shame, because these were so cute! "

Not Happy!
" Loved these boots - first time I tried them on the zipper broke off. Returned them and ordered another pair. Got the second pair Sat. and went to wear them Sunday and the zipper broke again! Will be returning these AGAIN Monday. Obviously not made well. Always liked Guess before - not this time. Will try a different brand now. "
