" My first order came and the zipper pull was smashed. I called right away and DSW sent me an exchange Fed Ex 2day for free. I wanted the exchange because I love this boot. Second pair came in perfect. Customer Service promised the second pair would be hand observed and it was. Thanks for a boot I love. "

" I wish I had read more reviews before buying these boots. The black looks dirty (more like a smoky gray) and it's shoddy workmanship. You can see the glue running along the stitching. These are going back ASAP! "

Runs large!
" These booties run a little bit large.
I ordered these in 9.5 in brown, online.
I decided to send them back in exchange for a 9.0.
I would suggest you order these half size smaller.
Other than that, the style is very cute and they seem pretty comfortable.
I own a pair of the Crimson Color Block Pump by G by Guess and they're high quality so I'll be expecting the same from these booties :) "
