Color is off
"I bought these for my sister for Christmas. I picked them because they looked so pretty in the off-white color. When I got them, they were more of a grey/beige. They were still very nice, but the off-white you see online would be a lot prettier. Anyway, my sister says she really likes them. They keep her feet dry and are true to size. She says they are a bit stiff though."

"I bought these boots because I needed a pair of waterproof shoes that would keep me warm and be good in the snow. First, I ordered the off-white which looks pretty white in the picture but they are more of a beige. I was not happy with the look, but figured I could exchange for the black if I like them. When I tried them on they were completely weird - the toe is really stiff, it hits your calf/ankle at a weird spot and they felt like moon boots because they were so inflexible. Returning these ASAP."

Good boots- run small
"I usually wear a size 8 but they were way too small but a size 9 fit nicely. The boots are warm and easy to walk in although the top is a bit stiff."

"I just bought these boots and they seem very sturdy and warm. I am usually a 7 and they are a little big. I did not switch to a smaller size so I can layer up the winter socks. IF you are not wearing the boots to be outside for a long time with layers then I would go a half size smaller. There is not a lot of bend to the boot and the boot comes up to the middle of my shin. I am hoping that it will break in !"
