"I was so excited and expected a lot from these shoes. When I opened them I wasn't too pleased. The leather around the shoes were all wrinkled. Underneath the shoes where the 'ridges' are were not neat. It's hard to explain but they obviously weren't supposed to look like that. There was dust in between the ridges. -HA! When I put the shoes on, they weren't horribly uncomfortable but I do believe there is no cushion. It felt weird though. Also I'm looking at the photo and in real life, the tip of the shoe (around the toes) the shoe is much rounder. Whereas in the picture it doesn't look as round as it is.
I thought about returning them but I tried to be positive. From a distance or with a good outfit they can look nice. I'll also just buy something to put inside the shoe for cushion. I don't have anything like this in my shoe collection so it will be something different.
I don't however, like the fact that my brother has some shoes that look similar to these that he got from walmart for $5 that look/may be better quality...
Anyway, I will try to be optimistic and accept them for what they truly are."

Pretty on the outside...
"This shoe looks great in the pictures - lug sole, clean lines - exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the inside of the shoe has no support. Material is very thin with no reinforcement. I may buy some inserts and give them a try. Very glad I did not pay full price for these. Will not be able to wear them for extended periods due to no cushioning in the foot bed."

"Just received these shoes today! I ordered the shoes in burgundy and the color is true to the picture. I'm a true 8M and my big toe comes right to the tip so I may return for the 8.5M. Also, one little stitch was not completed around one shoe and a small drop of glue is on the heel of the boot other than that they appear to be well made and the leather feels good to the touch. I plan to order the green as well! You won't be sorry if you ordered this oxford!!"
