Bring back Jones NY boots!
" I've been hooked on Jones NY ankle boots for years and always relied on DSW to stock up on the different styles/colors. I was disappointed to learn that they no longer carried my favorite brand, but decided these Nine West boots looked like a cute replacement. Yes, they look cute, but they just don't fit comfortably at all. The shoe was slightly too long for my size 7 foot and the heal cup was too loose, so my foot wiggled around. When I tried a smaller size, they were too tight and cut off my circulation. I tried everything similar in DSW, and I just can't find a replacement for the Jones NY boots. I'm so disappointed. Please bring them back! "

Eliza Bootie
" I bought the black ones in size 5W. These are pointier than any of my other boots, so I do not know if it is normal to have such a big gap between the big toe and the end of the boot, mine is about 1.25". Everywhere else seem to fit fine, no wrinkles in the ankle area, no sliding foot inside the boot. They do are very comfortable, I do not wear heels very often but I find this style very easy to walk in. "

Gorgeous, a little big
" I've always loved Nine West boots and I was bound and determined to find a zip-up heeled boot that was ACTUALLY made of leather. Opening the lid of the box released that new leather smell that makes me happy. :-) The boots are gorgeous, very streamlined, and will be perfect with jeans and dress slacks for work. However, these ran at least a half size to big and I had to exchange. My 7Ms are on the way! Thanks DSW for the prompt (and free) exchange service! So many online retailers don't offer exchange anymore. "
