Just what I was looking for
" I needed a pair of black boots to wear over skinny jeans. I have wide calves, but the wide size worked perfect for me! Would recommend. "

YES!
" I have searched for boots for FOUR years that would fit over my calf, not bunch too much on my skinny ankle, and fit my small feet. These actually worked and there is a bunch of room at the top.(kinda a pro/con) The brown is a nice rich color, though it isn't real leather--but for the price it isn't bad. I usually wear a 7.5 to an 8 but i could probably wear a 7 in this. If you have 16+ inch calves these boots will fit! "
