Just as great in person as online!
" I love these boots, they fit perfectly. They are just a tad baggy around the ankle, but that's perfect for me! I'm short and most of my jeans are a little too long so that extra room allows me to be comfortable when I tuck them inside the boots without it looking weird. This is my fourth pair of Franco boots. "

Best Riding Boots Ever
" I've been on the lookout for a good pair of riding boots for the fall season. The problem I have with most riding boots is that the ankles are too baggy, so the boot doesn't maintain its structure when I walk. I was super happy to find these at the store to try them on first before I bought them. I think the buckle detailing is super cute and classy. The color is just perfect because it matches with everything. It can be dressed up slightly, whereas cognac I think can only be casual.
In terms of comfort, these boots are super comfy. I only have a very slight problem with the buckles at the ankle digging into my ankles a little bit. It doesn't hurt, though - I just can feel it. And it's nothing a good thick pair of socks won't fix.
I think the shoe part itself does run a little long, so it'll probably fit if you size half a size down, but I prefer having it a little loose so I can wear thick socks.
The calf part fits perfectly - not too snug and not wide and floppy. The opening of the boot leaves some space between your calf and the edge of the boot, so it makes your calves look slimmer.
I wear them with tights or jeggings, but I also don't notice too much of a problem with bunching at the knees if I wear jeans.
I am in love with these boots, and I highly recommend them! "
