These are not for me ...
"These boots were my normal medium with and i found them very narrow ... also the "wide calf" was really not wide enough for me .. i suppose i could struggle to get them zipped up and stretch them out as they're leather but overall just not a comfy boot .. so they are going back .. :("

Couldn't do any better
""Wow! These boots look classic & elegant. I've worn them around for a few days, and they don't hurt my feet either, a first! Most boots do not fit me, but these are big enough that I can even wear my jeans in them. Zipping up is no problem. Besides the buckle being a bit gold tinted & a lack of traction, they are really the perfect boot. Finally!""

These Boots Rock!
"I love these boots...they are so comfortable! I am on the cusp of needing wide-calf boots and decided to try a pair. Not only did they fit better (none of the zip, push down, zip, push down) but they are even wide enough that there was a little gap which made my legs look skinnier. Yay!"

Not worth it
"I was very excited about these boots. I have wider calves, and have always wanted riding boots. Though the leather was soft - it was too soft. In even putting it on, the leather looked like it would crease and scuff too easily. Also, there was nothing really special about these. Look more plain in person. I ordered a size 6.5 wide and barely got it zipped around my 16" calves. Overall - a disappointment. The search continues."

Perfect riding boots
"These boots are amazing. I bought them around the holidays so it took a while for them to arrive but it was worth it. They had a strong smell out of the box but they aired out and I immediately wore them to dinner. Very comfortable, supple leather, just a gorgeous boot. I usually order an 8 in boots to accomodate thick socks but for these they just fit. However, the leather has already started to mold to my foot so I know they'll break in perfectly. Only con was that I thought the buckle was silver but it's actually gold, though not a bright yellow gold, more subtle. All in all, I'm very pleased."

Happy with purchase.
"So far, I am pleased with this purchase. I might have been able to fit into the regular shaft but I didn't try it on. I have very muscular calves and have had a hard time in the past zipping up tall boots. So I was happy to see the wide shaft option. I was surprised how wide they were! They stand out about half an inch all the way around! It was odd for me at first but now I like them. I don't have to worry about what I wear with them because I know they'll fit. I would buy these again. They are comfy too."

Wide calf boot
"This is a great pair. It's a little wide on my calf but I can wear jeans with it with room to spare. I usually have trouble finding boots I like but this is definitely a good buy. I would recommend it."

Riding boots
"i love the boots but , i wasnt happy that there were some scratches on both boots.. i know that i will acquire to some scrathes of my own. Overall i really like the comfy fit and style of the boot.. the color is a very rich brown so of course scratches are gonna be a factor."

love them
"I was worried with my 17" calves, but they fit! and also there`s extra space so what`s not to love? oh right! they have little scratches here and there but nothing wax can`t fix. In general I`m happy with my new, shiny, and comfortable boots. oh did I mention I got an awesome deal?"

Really wide calf
"Loved theses boots. Great quality and the shoe part was comfy. However the calf was too wide (a problem I never have because I have big calves). Had to return them."

Cute, but not wide enough for me :/
"I was looking for the perfect everyday black boot...not too dressy...something simple with a bit of detail. I was amazed to see a pair of leather boots for under $100! Unfortunately, they were not wide enough for my calves. I've never measured my calves, but I just know they definitely do not fit into regular sized boots. So, I always just order the wide-calf option if available, and it usually works out just fine...not this time. I got them to zip up mid-calf then the zipper wouldn't budge anymore. So sad because they are a nice quality pair of boots. Back they went..."

Fabulous boots!!!
"I already had the black (regular width) pair and loved them so much that my heart was set on getting the brown but decided to go with the wide calf this time, just for a little different look. Best part about these is that I got them with the gift card my boys gave me for Christmas! I agree with the others that say the black pair does scuff easily, but nothing a polishing every now and then doesn't cure. I absolutely love the look and feel of these and am so excited to have them in both colors now! They run true to size, I got the 9 and have enough room for thick socks when needed, but could've probably gone with 8.5 if I only planned to wear tights or thin socks. Get these before they're all sold out!!"
