Black Color Rocks too!
"Wanted the chestnut color since they seemed super cute on the picture, but didnt have my size available, im either a 5.5 or a 6.0. Saw the black color in size 6 in the clearance section and tried them on. They fit perfect with or without sock, True size, Perfect look with jeans, coat, scarf, ohhh yes you would rock these with any color and with anything.!!! ;) Don't regret my purchase at all. Loved the black style, oh yes I do! buckles in front on the side are super cute too. Makes the boot look even cuter!. Good leather quality! Worth the price I would pay more than what i paid for them. Go for it. You won't regret it. =)"

Love these shoes
"I am normally a 9-9.5 in shoes. I ordered these in a 9.5. I was originally scared to get these online once I read the other reviews. I actually seen that she said she wore thicker socks with these boots. You will need to stockings, or stocking like sock with these boots. The heel is just right especially if you are on your feet a lot. I can wear these for 6 hours straight before I begin to feel anything. Try these for yourself before you write them off. I love these boots. Oh yeah I have the cognac color in these boots! lOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!"

Great boots however
"I was thrilled with my purchase last night. I got great boots at a great price and with GREAT service. However when i left the house this morning i heard the dreaded click with every other step. My BRAND new boots are missing the heel and because i was rushing to work I didn't have a chance to run in to change. Now my great buy is a little less great. I will have to invest more money to repair them on the very first day of wear."

Cute Design, Bad Quality
"I wanted to like these boots sooo bad. The design was exactly what I was looking for and the heel was perfect as an everyday boot. Problem is that as another review mentioned was the bad fake leather that the boot is made from. Its extremely hard to pull the boot on and off, and these will not last more than one season. I am a Steve Madden fanatic. I do not know what happened to these when they were in production because just trying them on made the stitiching to start pulling. I wear an 9.5 and ordered an 10. I would still have to go up a bigger size if I wanted to wear tights or socks and their is absoultely no padding at the bottom of the shoe. The bottom is rock hard and you have to put some type of insole inside, making another reason why you will need to order one size up. I had no problem with the calf, it runs normal to me and it isn't wide for it to be a pull on boot, it actually is on the small side. Sorry, they will have to go back, quality isnt worth it."

Trendy shoe, but....
"I never liked the look of slouchy boots, but the slouching on this boot is subtle so it doesn't bother me. Very comfortable, but slightly loose around the calf area. This is a pull on/pull off boot which is probably why they are loose around the calf area. Overall, the boots are OK...not spectacular. I am a big Steve Madden & Madden Girl shoe collector and these are mediocre. My biggest issue is the quality of the leather. They scuff/scratch easily and I don't see these lasting for more than a year."

Super cute, great heel height!!
"These boots are SO comfortable! The sturdy heel makes the high heel height no problem. I wore these all day today and my feet still feel great. They are chic and run true to size! Great buy for the price. I found them to hug the calf nicely...not loose and not too tight."

Maybe if I had thicker legs...
"The boots are really cute and look well made but I have relatively thin legs so I swam in these boots. Maybe if the boots were taller, it wouldn't have looked as bad, but beacuase they are shorter than I was expecting (12in vs 14), the calf was way too wide for me."
