A good heeled boot.
"I brought this for some retail therapy, but it has been the best online DSW purchase I have made so far. The boots stand up to the wear and tear of an active office worker and don't hurt your feet even when walking up steep hills. I just wish they were cheaper."

"Are your calves too big to wear riding boots like mine are? These boots provide a GREAT alternative look., which I like even better. Combine a flowy mid-length skirt with solid but colorful tights and dark chunky socks (slouchy or straight up to the knee). So cute! And boots are very comfy."

"Structure: Sturdy materials. Very comfy heel height of 2.5inch. My heels get easily tired so I like to either have a good heel-cushioned shoe or a shoe that slightly offsets the weight towards my toes. To work the calves and all. My size range: (rarely, 6.5W heels) -- normally 7M in boots/heels -- (7.5M sneakers). Glad I tried it on in-store, and bought 7M boots instead of my usual 7.5M tennis, which would've felt, to me, too long-toed.
Style: Gives me a soft yet playful feel. Doesn't make me awfully cautious of using on a dirt path since it can be rinsed. I love anything that reminds me of The Secret Garden and/or 1800s-1900s. It's a very neutral design; not overtly modern nor too queerly out-dated. Goes well with my celtic-like yarn dress. Been looking for a good calf-height shaft; glad to have found this."

"Got this pair in size 6 which is my usual size and these fit true to the size. They are pretty comfortable too, been on my feet for quite long in these pair and the experience was not that bad unlike some shoes. Recommended."

"cons: fake leather so fabric is stiff (bought it b/c i don't wear leather so i expect this quality). the zipper is also stiff. my boot had some blemishes which makes me think it was returned by someone else.
pros: heel height is perfect. i don't know how to walk in heels and i picked this boot as my practice shoe. and i intend to wear it down like crazy. the brown "leather" and the brown heel go well together. the height on the boot is perfect. looks great on me and i feel great in them."

"I bought these in black because it was just what I was looking for. I love the military feel of the boot. However, the quality of the shoe is terrible. It looks very cheap. The leather is unattractive and heel is much more of a beige color than the picture suggests. I had to return."

Best versatile buy!
"These boots are awesome! I have them in black and LOVE them. Without realizing it, my little sister who goes to a different college actually ordered the same ones in brown. She loves them, too. They're pretty comfortable due to the chunky heel. I wear them everywhere -- walking around campus, going to class, and even to the bars. They're great because you can easily dress them up or down. I've gotten more compliments than I can even begin to count."
