Great boots
" I love these boots! I'm 5'4" and these hit right below my knee. Great fit around the calf, works perfect with skinny jeans. They did rub the back of my heels the first few times I wore them, but feel better since they've broken in a little. Thicker socks helped with this too. "

My favorite boots
" I LOVE these boots! They are well-made, with stitching from the leather to the heal, instead of just glue. I like that they are narrow in the calf, but if you have thicker calves, you might not be able to zip them up (I am 5'10" size 8). I bought them in cognac, and was somewhat surprised that they were more of a distressed look than the picture, but I really like it now. FYI-- the zipper makes a clicking noise every time I step, so if that will drive you crazy, beware. I'm used to it now. They're great with leggings or skinny jeans. "
