Love Boots!!
"I absolutely love these boots!! I had read previous reviews and saw that these boots were running small so I ordered them in a size and 1/2 larger and they fit perfect!! Glad I made this purchase cause they are really comfy and stylish!"

So cute, so small and tight
"Purchased these with so much hope because I own two other pairs of Coconut boots that I love but these were so tight that I can't believe they are made by the same company. Even the calf circumference is small. Sadly I have to return them and I would reccomend that if you order them get the next size up. Seriously, if I didn't know better I would think mine were a size smaller."

Cute, but small
"Beautiful boot, the vintage, soft brown leather is very pretty. I have worn a 7.5, sometimes 8 for width my whole life. I have 5 pair of boots in my closet. I don't know that I have ever ordered an 8,5 but I am today!! I will definitely return these for a size bigger. The width is very tight and my toes are near the end."

Bad Zipper
"Love the boot but can't deal with the poor quality zipper. The zipper got stuck in the plastic material under the zipper. Cute boot. Bad zippers."

Pretty boot but not so comfortable

"Wore boots for the 1st time yesterday and received 3 compliments. To me, they're pretty and classy/timeless. They are not very comfortable. I'm still adjusting to them. I've tried a shoe stretch, thick socks, normal socks, and sole inserts. With normal socks, my foot slips to front of boot. With thick socks, the leather around front/instep of shoe is too tight. I'm hoping the leather will eventually adjust to my foot because I like them so much, I was willing to work with them. Also, the leather on the shaft of the boot is discolored in areas. Nevertheless, since I like these boots, I'm overlooking this and saying to myself that the discoloration adds character. :-) By the way, I wouldn't recommend this product because I wouldn't want a friend to have the same boots. Notwithstanding, if I were to recommend them, I'd suggest that they not buy them online. Buy them in the store so they can try them on to ensure a good fit."

Riding boots with a different twist!
"These boots are great! The leather is nice and has a beautiful finish. I love the fringe and the buckle - it looks so different that most of the other riding boots I've seen. I think they're pretty comfortable, but they have kind of a hard bottom. It's not that bad, so I probably won't bother adding insoles, but you could if it bothers you! Beautiful boot that I'm glad to add to my shoe collection!"

Bad zipper
"I found this boot and instantly fell in live. I bought them in the store after trying them on. The next day I put them on to wear them in my house for an hour to make sure they were comfortable. I wore them for 2 hrs but when I tried to take them off the zipper got stuck. The fake leather under or behind the zipper eas stuck in the zipper. It took me 20 minutes to get the zipper and in my struggle the zipper broke. I drove 45. Min back to DSW to exchange them. They were extremely nice and let me exchange without issue. This morning I went to try on my new pair. Left boot went on fine. The right boots zipper wouldn't go up more than an inch. I couldn't get it above my ankle. I am beyond upset. I live too far to drive back any time soon. I LOVE these boots but the zipper is clearly very poor quality. I would not recommend these boots based on the zipper function. Otherwise a BEAUTIFUL boot."
