Beautiful boots, but didn't work for me
" I wanted so badly to love these, but unfortunately they have joined a long line of wide-calf boots that are wide in all the wrong places. I have muscular calves that are widest at mid-calf, and narrow significantly closer to my knees. If you look at the back of these boots, there is a vented "V" section at the top that on me gaped out and looked very odd. I also had a difficult time zipping them up over the ankle area - but this was probably just because they were stiff from being brand new. The cognac color is beautiful though - I'm super bummed to return these. If you are lucky enough to have these work for you, I have no doubt you'll be thrilled with the purchase. "

Wide calf a little too wide
" I was on the fence about getting the wide calf in this style. I'm 5'4", size 7.5, but I have athletic calves (about 15"). After reading mixed reviews regarding that calf on these, I just figured I'd take the chance. I love everything about these boots except for how wide they are at the very top. If they had a straight cut instead of a "V" on the back (see pics), I think they would be perfect. I ordered the cognac and the color is exactly what I wanted. The fit is great everywhere else, except for that cut in the back. I'll be sending these back today :( "

So pretty
" I just ordered these shoes and was kind of nervous about ordering them online without seeing or trying them on. I just got them in and LOVE them they are really pretty can't wait to wear them out! "

Couldn't be happier!
" I have a pretty hard time finding boots that will fit my calves, and these work perfectly! I've had them for a couple months now and have no problems wearing them all day. I did have to adjust one of the buckles around the ankle to fit more comfortably, but since that small adjustment they don't hurt my feet/ankles at all.
I would recommend these boots to anyone looking for a simple, versatile, wide-calf boot option. Mine ran a touch long in the size, but I appreciate the wiggle room for my toes. (I wear an 11 and rarely have wiggle room for my toes.) "
