" My calves are approx 17" around at the widest point and these easily fit with a pair of jeans on tucked in. The only negative is a lack of support. Cognac is a really beautiful color and they look like they'll age even more beautifully. These will likely be my go-to boots all fall. "

Disappointing for the price
" I love the look of these boots online. Maybe I just got a bad pair, but these had no quality control whatsoever. The inside sole of one of the boots were halfway out, I felt it as soon as I tried it on. Not acceptable. On one of the boots, the straps and buckles were uneven, frayed and had lots of strings coming out. The other boot was perfect. I know they are leather, but some parts were very very light and scratched badly. They zipped up easily and were comfortable for the few minutes I wore them. The calf was definitely wide enough for me, I had excess space. They were a bit narrow and long, made my size 8 look humongous!! I really liked them but they are going back, I think I got a bad pair, not worth the $ "

Not a wide calf at all
" I was so excited to find these cute boots in a wide calf but when I got them I could just barely get them zipped. There would be no room for even my leggings under these boots. I measured my calf to be 15.5 inches around at the widest point and these boots were supposed to be 16 inches around. I measured the boots after they didn't fit and they are 15 inches around not 16. I have to send them back and it's too bad because they are very nice and cute boots. "
