so disappointed

"i bought these for my daughter. all season weve been looking for sparkly pink boots and she was so excited when they came. unfortunately, they are super uncomfortable. NO padding on the bottom whatsoever!! i tried putting in an insert but it doesnt seem to help much. shame as they are very cute. so looks like well have to take these back and continue the search. why shoe manufacturers think children dont need comfort and support is beyond me. :("
