NOT a wide calf
" i bought these online because they had a WIDE calf stated it was a 16" circumference, but when i received them it certainly was not. normally i can wear a 15.5"circumference boot. But this one wouldnt even zip. I am pretty sure they were not 16" because i returned them for the Bandolino Clotida Wide Calf Riding Boot and those fit PERFECT! the Annie Mimi Wide Calf Riding Boot was also too unnaturally plastic looking. "

" Totally agree with the first review here. These are not wide-width at all. It says 15-inch circumference, but I have three pairs of 15-inch circumference boots at home and these aren't even close. More narrow than wide width. "

Wide Calf? I think not.....
" These boots are adorable and very comfy in the foot but they are in no way for those of us ladies with larger calves. I wear an 8.5 but purchased a 9 W (for thick sock and jean room) and couldn't even get the boot zippered over my bare calf. Unfortunately they do not live up to their name as a wide calf boot. "

Ordered wide shaft - Can't Zip
" These are going right back to the store. Unfortunately, these will not fit alot of people. I am a short girl with muscular calves. I cannot even zip these. I purchased them because they said wide calf. I have a wide foot so I ordered a WW width as well. I do not have large legs so I don't see how these are considered wide calf. Very disappointed. "
