Great Price, Good Boot
" I got these on clearance because I needed a boot since it has been snowing like crazy in Ohio lately. I got half a size up because I wanted to leave room for a thick comfy sock, which I think was a good idea but I probably could have gotten away with my regular size as well. They are super lightweight which is great when trudging through heavy snow. My only gripe is the fabric looks cheap (trash bag like) which I guess is okay since it needs to be water proof, but the worst part is that the toe of the boot looks so short since I guess it allows more room in the calf area. It just looks so funny. Kind of like weird astronaut boots. But all in all, a good boot at a great price. "

JUST IN TIME FOR NEXT SNOWSTORM
" After the recent snowstorm in NY I needed new waterproof boots after discovering my old snow boots were no longer waterproof . I have other Sporto boots & love those so I thought I'd take a chance on these. So far, so good. Plenty of room for heavy socks (I ordered the white in size 7), faux fur lining down the high shaft keeping legs warm and pants dry, cute little side pocket for keys, etc., and I stood in snow and my feet remained dry.
Only wish is that the sole had deeper grooves like the "Katie" style Sporto boot which is wonderful on ice and provides excellent traction. The grooves on this boot should be deeper which is the reason for only 4 stars instead of 5.
Excellent, prompt service from DSW.com. And the price was right, and the special offers were also a help . Will definitely purchase from the site again. I'm very happy with my purchase and will wear them in the upcoming snow storm. "

The Modern Moon Boot
" I love this boot. I live in Chicago and it is perfect for our cold, wet and snowy days here. I have a wide foot and very wide calf and it fits perfect on both. The fur lining is all the way to your toes. I wear tights and did not have on socks and my feet were warm even in 1 degree weather. I take the bus/train to work so even standing out in the elements for long periods of time, my legs nor feet got wet or cold. Highly recommend this boot. It is actually cute on. I got the all black. "

Zipper sucks!
" I was SO HAPPY that I found a waterproof boot like that: very comfy. It looks like you are wearing a sock! It also fit my wide calves and looked reasonably cute.
Wore it on a pouring rain day and it was great. Really waterproof.
Second day that rains I try to zip it up and the zipper breaks!
Was so disappointed! Had to return it. "
