Slick Shoes
" I bought these after searching for a while for black shoes. I have a couple of nice pairs of brown Cole Haans in different styles and a black pair of casual Cole Haan lace ups, but I had to get some black dress shoes. These are really comfy. I like to get shoes that I don't see everyone in and these fit the bill. usually I see guys in cap toes or some square toed shoe. Not many gents in monk straps. Anyhow, the leather is a little stiff. I think some mink oil will soften them up nicely. Other than that, these are good looking shoes and comfy. "

Entry level double monk
" I've worn the SM double monk twice and I have no complaints. It is a good shoe for the price point. I know some people are skeptical of monks but I like them and the double monk is a nice alternative.
To me the nice thing about monks are that you can dress them up or down rather easy depending on what you pair with them. The SM's can go with suits, slacks or jeans so they are very flexible. "

great choice
" I bought these pair for my husband as a gift. They turned out to be a very good surprise! This is the first double monks shoes he ever have. I was not sure about the style at the first. He just loved them. Look great with outfits for job. It is true to size and very comfortable. "

Great Double Monks!
" These double monks are the best on the market for the price! They do seem to be just maybe a half size to large but other than that I have no complaints at all. The clasps themselves hold strong and prevent you from walking uncomfortably. "
