Great shoes
"I loved these shoes when I got them a while back (in grey/black) and was incredibly disappointed when my golden lab got a hold of one and destroyed it. I was even more upset when I couldn't find them in stores. I was just browsing when I saw my shoe! I am so excited and grateful for DSW.com for reuniting me with my favorite pair of shoes! In LOVE!
"Okay I live in Cali where we mostly see sun sun and sun, this year it's been colder and I figured I'd indulge in a boot that was practical. I don't think I've taken this shoe off since I've purchased this ahahaha! It's so comfy, I always walk funny but this wasn't painful at all. I wore thick and thin socks and this doesn't get too hot just keeps you warm. I really love this. Great bang for your buck! Good to know when I've declared bankruptcy I'm hiding my shoes.. :P"

Love DSW shoes
"I love my bare traps. I'm usually a size 7W, so I had to return these boots twice and finally fit into a 6W. I love then so much I am thinking about buying the other colors. They are super comfy!"

Comfortable shoe
"I bought this bootie to wear to the 2013 inauguration. When I got home my daughter laughed and said why didn't I buy a pair of Uggs. Well the shoe fit okay initially. The fabric of the shoe rubbed on the top of my big toe. However, the comfort of the bottom of the shoe was great. I took a risk and wore them the day before to break in the shoes. On Inauguration Day, I stood for at least 2 hours and walked at least 7 miles and my feet never bothered me whatsoever and my feet were warm. However, the uggs that my daughter and granddaughter were wearing didn't serve them well. They were limping because their feet and legs hurt. It snowed a couple days later, and i wore them again. i just love the bootie. So yes, I highly recommend this bootie as I typically purchase high end comfortable products. The bootie looks wonderful on, provides the right level of support."

Good fit for bad ankles
"I have a bad ankle (recurring sprains) and it's hard to find shoes without heels, especially boots. I was hesitant to order this online, but was happy with my purchase. Very comfy, keep my feet warm & dry and doesn't strain my bad ankle."

Great for Central NY weather
"Waterproof, very snug and keeps my feet warm even in single digit weather. Great for when there is snow on the ground but not trudging through banks. I wish the treads on the bottom were a little more distinct, there is still a decent change of slipping."

Great Cold Weather Boot
"I was in need of a new pair of boots for the cold weather. These are perfect. I was afraid that wearing them all day, with the lining would make my feet sweat. I had no issues. They also have great traction in the snow. This is a winter must have!"

Good quality bootie but without arch-feet support.
"I've got this bootie as a gift from my husband. I like this shoes because I am comfortable wearing a non-high boots. I love the features of this quality bootie because it has a STAY DRY SYSTEM which is good to your feet. Moreso, its also a waterproof w/c is also a plus factor! But I will only give this bootie an overall rating of 3 STARS because its not very comfy when you used it for several hours due to the fact that there's no footbed or any arch support, then it made my feet so tired after using it. But once again the size is true & other features is fine for me."

LOVE these boots
"Two years ago I bought my first pair of Bare Traps in a similar style and absolutely loved them. I wore them through two winters and am finding they still have a lot life left in them. I ordered this new pair as the style was unscaled with the addition of buckles on the side. Although decorative primarily, the buckles also allow one to slightly tighten or loosen the fit. They run true to size and will stretch slightly with wear so keep that in mind. They are so VERY comfortable to the point that when I come in from the snow, I end up finding that I am wearing them around the house as slippers... they are that comfy and toasty! I can't say enough great things about this winter boot! I bought mine in gray which pairs well with jeans and doesn't show up the dirt and muck of winter as readily as black would. You will NOT be disappointed with these boots and your feet will thank you for thinking of them this winter!"

LOVE these boots!!
"I bought these boots for a NYC trip over New Years. When I normally go on a trip where I will be doing alot of walking, I know my feet will start hurting. Add the cold weather to that and I knew my toes would be cold too. Well, not with these booties! I walked all over NYC for three days straight in very cold temperatures and my feet never hurt and my toes never got cold. I worn them all day every day for my week-long trip to New York and Vermont and they still look almost brand new too! Highly recommend these booties and this brand!!"

"Very nice looking boot. Have received compliments on style. I purchased a wide instead of going up a size like I normally do for an outside boot (room for heavy socks) The wide makes it very comfortable and it is a warm boot for running around doing errands. Haven't tried it for extended periods outdoors though."

Great boot!
"I love this brand! I bought a brown pair last year in a 7, so I ordered these in that size. When I got them, they seemed big ( long and wide). I actually think they were mismarked. When I went to the store to return them, I tried a 7 on there and they felt a half size smaller, and more comfortable. I think the ones shipped were truly a 7 1/2. Despite this mixup, I'm happy!"
