had to order 3 pairs to get a clean pair!!
" my fiancé loves these boots & has owned many pairs of this exact boot but the trouble we had getting a good pair was crazy! I ordered the first pair & had it delivered for pick in store and the boots had pen marks on them so I declined them. I reordered a second pair to the store only to find a huge scratch on the front, so I reordered a third pair and finally they looked okay when I got to the store but they still had a defect, the part where the upper meets the sole had ruching but it was much less noticeable than the other pairs defects. we finally settled because it took about a month to get the boots and he needed a new pair. I had other problem with a hat I ordered too. I even sent an email to dsw a week or two ago with no response. lesson learned, I won't order online from dsw, sticking to the store "
