Great for distance
" These were a Christmas gift for my teenage daughter and she uses them for her every-other-day 5 mile run. She said not only her feet, but her legs could tell the difference in the comfort of running that far. She absolutely LOVES them. "

Uncomfortable
" I consistantly wear a size 10 in Nike shoes, but these were way too short and snug. My toes were hitting the front edge of the shoe as I walked around the house in them. They are not comfortable and offer very little arch support for an athletic shoe. I'm trying to decide if I want to return them and get a different shoe all together, or just go up a size. I love the color and the style so this was very disappointing. "
