Beautiful shoe, disappointing condition from DSW
"I ordered these shoes online, being a huge fan of Bally for their workmanship, detail, and comfort. I was greatly disappointed when I opened the box and tried these on. The shoes are beautiful and perfect and I would have given 5 stars except it is clear they were not kept in good conditions as the buckles were tarnished. After having a shoe repair person look at it, it cannot be cleaned. I will be exchanging these, hoping for a pair to be sent without tarnished buckles"
