Use the European sizes...
" So, I have to base my review on my sister, because I could not wear the shoe. I should have known though, because it states that a european size 41 is an american size 11, which is definitely not the case. I should have known better, but I loved the look of the shoe so much. In any case, my sister (who is a 9.5-10), says that the shoe is very comfortable. And I can personally attest to its cuteness. If only it fit... *sigh* "
