warehouse oopsie
" I was supposed to get this shoe in satin purple but instead the warehouse accidentally packed the glitter gold shoe from townsend instead. I wear a size 5 and didn't feel like the shoe was very true to size so getting the wrong color didn't really matter because I had to return it anyways. Return was easy and customer service is great. Mistakes happen and DSW takes care of them any way they can. "
