Love this boot!
"I have been searching for a perfect tall shaft boot. Wow! I found it in this shoe absolutely PERFECT! Sexy and makes my legs look miles long (5'3" tall so every inch helps). My calves are a little wider and this boot fit lovely. No pinching or tightness. I would buy again if it wasn't almost spring!"

Wedge Boot
"I realy like this boot. It can be worn with jeans or as a dress boot. Very compfy. I wore them for hours celebrating my birthday. I got lots of complements and they never hurt my feet! Love them!"

Obviously inconsistent
"Cute shoe, but must be inconsistent in quality. Bought largely b/c of the reviews stating this had a wider shaft, but these were super slim for me, and I can normally wear most boots. Was looking for a bit wider so I could wear over leggings and jeans...bummer!"

Very Narrow and Bulky
"I found these boots very narrow and bulky. The detailing around the ankle looks better in pics than IRL. They are really uncomfortable and are going back. On the plus side, the shaft of the boot was very long."

Wonderful boots
"I saw these boots in store but they did not have my size. The DSW staff was very nice and took the time to help me find these beauties online. I am so glad I ordered these boots. They are just beautiful, elegant, and sexy. Really tall too, perfect for tall people. J'adore.

I love love love these boots!
"These boots are amazing. I love them! I am tall, about 5'8 with normal size calves. The shaft is the perfect length and they fit perfectly around my calves. This boot looks good and feels good on. I am very pleased with my purchase."

it makes me feel tall and sexy ;)
"A few things first: I'm kinda short (5'5"), with normal legs and skinny ankles. So most boots make me look like i have no ankle. I've opted for slouchy boots most of the time because the way the fabric folds would fill the void between my feet and calf (read: no ankle). This pair have straight shafts, so i was a bit afraid... But the buckle was so well placed; it created an illusion of volume! <3 as added bonus, it's wedges!
Comfort wise, the leather is still kinda stiff, but it'll break in nicely. The height of the heel is @ what I'm used to, so no complaint there. Kudos to Bandolino in giving these kitties rubber soles! They're super sturdy!! I'll even overlook the fact this is suede (aka high maintenance) because how comfy they are."

"Get ready, this one's in depth. I just purchased these on clearance at the store. I didn't see the boot online beforehand, but now that I've read other reviews, it's obvious why they were returned. Actually I knew why before I purchased them. You see, these boots really do have an extremely large calf circumference. It says it is 14.5 but it measures a 16.5. My calves are already a 15 so when the boots sat out around my legs, I was puzzled, that almost never happens to me! It also shows as Bandolino online but they say Nine West brand...doesn't matter, they own both companies, just sayin. These also are described as having a 15" shaft, but I measured them at 19" roughly. Now, I suppose I measured wrong? Hmmm. Check the photos as they do show how the boots sit out on my leg as well as hitting oddly on my knee (due to a longer shaft). For the record I am only slightly over 5'4". Here's the kicker...I'm totally keeping them! These boots are beautiful, even if not perfect. I understand that if you have small calves, they will simply just sit out or fall down, however, they are super comfy. I bought 1/2 size larger so they are perfectly roomy, and while they do sit out on my leg, I'm okay with it. I will wear them with skirts and leggings and just won't care, lol! It also helped that they were discounted at the store, it may have bugged me to keep them at full price. I'm happily taking one for the team on these!"

Huge calf
"I loved these boots, but they'll need to be returned. If you're tall and have skinny calves (14" circumference or smaller) like me, these aren't the boots for you. Too bad, they looked really nice. As for the fit, my toes were a bit scrunched -- so I say it runs narrow."

"These boots are awesome...BUT, like another reviewer stated,, if you have skinny calves, expect them to be big! I'm so disappointed. I was a little leery of the heel height, but they fit very comfortably. There's even a bit of arch support that is nice, too. I'll have to return them, though. Still searching for the perfect leather/suede black wedge boot! :o("

Tall shaft!
"I LOVE these boots. I ordered them in black & they really are gorgeous. The foot fits perfectly & they are very comfortable (heel is not too high). I have only tried them on in my house. My one regret is that the shaft is very tall, coming just below my knee. I searched & searched to find a boot with a small calf circumference & this sounded like it would fit the bill (I have skinny calves) - but because the shaft comes just below my knee, it's above the widest part of my calf. Hence, it is huge! Even with my jeans tucked in them. I'm contemplating returning them. Not sure - may just suck it up & keep them. But I will never be able to wear them with tights & a skirt/dress - only with jeans. I give them 4 stars because if you have normal calves, then they should work perfectly for you. Just not for us gals with skinny calves."
