Really, a plastic handbag?

"My fault for not reading the product specs in detail, but I was shocked to open up my DSW box to find a plastic "jelly" handbag. From a distance it looks nice, but anytime you touch it, you hear the ping of hard plastic. Sorry to say that I'll be returning it, or exchanging it for something with a little higher quality."
