" I was really excited for this bag for all of the reasons others like it - chic look, perfect size, super functional with all of the pockets. I've had the bag for 6 months, however, and the straps are coming apart. The vinyl covering on the round strap is cracking and peeling on both - looks EXTREMELY tacky and bad enough that I need to buy a new bag. The rest of the bag seems fine - outer and inner parts. I'm really disappointed with the poor quality of the straps, and wish there was a way to replace that part in isolation! "
