Great shoe but ... order 1/2 size down!
"I should have heeded the reviews on this shoe before I purchased it. Definitely runs long. I'm normally 8-1/2 W. I ended up ordering another pair 1/2 size down. I'm hoping the second pair fits better. Otherwise, it's a great shoe - beautiful look and comfortable."

Cute - but long
"I wanted to love these shoes, but they run long and don't stay on my feet. Otherwise, they are adorable and a perfect width - not too narrow - so your feet stay comfy all day. That is, if you can get them to stay on."

Love these shoes
"I normally don't wear heels. I'm a jeans, tshirt and tennis shoes type girl. But I decided to start since I'm going to church. I absolutely love the look and feel of the Bandolino Alexa Pump. The heel is not too high or low...just right. I'm going to order another pair in black."

Great wardrobe staple
"These pumps are great and go with pants and skirts! The only issue I had was that they were about a 1/2 size too big. I had already worn them so I bought gel inserts and that has solved the problem. They are also very comfortable even without the gel insert."

Not made right
"Super cute shoe BUT they are VERY loose in the heel. I sized down and they STILL slipped off when I walked around. I returned them and I would not recommend unless you have an abnormally wide heel."

Classy and Sexy
"Bandolino shoes never cease to disappoint with their style and comfort. This shoe is true to size, true to fit, and very comfortable for the heel hight. The patent heel and size button make the heel work for a night out, but still conservative enough for the office. I highly recommend this shoe."

Nice shoe
"I wear an 8 but I have an extremely wide foot so I was delighted to find that it was available in a wide size. Unfortunately, the wide flops off my foot and the regular 8 isa little too snug around the top and I had to return this shoe. I wished they fit because it was a gorgeous shoe and nice neutral color."

"These shoes are beautiful. I purchased them on line without seeing them in person, but I am very familiar with Bandolino and the quality and style of their shoes. I was very happy when they arrived, they are even more beautiful than I imagined. These shoes are very dressy and very classy looking (I purchased them in black). I am very pleased with my purchase."

a little big but worth another try
"I loved this shoe right out of the box and was sad to find it didn't fit...it was too big/long. I'm a pretty true 8M but this slipped right off my heel when I walked - too much for any fix. I do love the shoe though and I will try ordering a half size smaller."
