"The boot runs a little long, go down a half size. The black is shiny, almost sparkles. hopefully that wears off after some wear. very stylish though. not the most comfortable ever, but not the worst."

"I love the way these shoes look, and ware in. They originally were very shiny when I pulled them out of a box, which surprised me and I did not like. After a few times out though they started to look worn in.
They are only average comfortable at best. For the type of shoe I guess they are okay, but I always want a good amount of comfort and support. So I guess relative to the shoe type, comfortable & supportive, relative to shoes, just okay.
I read online they run long, so I ordered a half size smaller than any shoe I wear, it was still about a half size too big.
Overall great looking shoe, decent comfort for the shoe, runs very long, might be able to find a better value though with a different shoe. If it is the look you are going for there is nothing better, if you don't absolutely love the look, shop around."
