We love Keen
" These shoes not only last forever but are super comfortable! My son loves them. He needed a 12 1/2 so I ordered a 13 and they are fine. Little roomy but they work :) "

" Had to go up one size. But is a cozy boot for hiking and outdoor activities. My 7 year olds son typically wears size 13 but I went up to size 1 youth and it fits nicely. "

Keen boots
" I bought these boots for my grandson for his birthday. He is so very particular about his shoes I must say as many I have purchased have sat in the closet. He absolutely loves these. He loves the Velcro strip instead of shoe strings even though he knows how to tie. He's 7 and his shoes are always untied. He hasn't taken these off for two weeks now except to sleep. I would definitely recommend them to parents who are tired of tying shoes. They fit perfectly and while a bit heavy compared to the tennis shoes he's been wearing, they are a perfect winter shoe. Hope you enjoy them like he does. "

Disappointed
" One boot is narrow, the other one wide. The sole is defective. DSW did not send in a Keen box, did not send receipt. I am sorry guys I am not buying from you anymore. I rather prefer to pay 5 dollars more and have a nice, in good condition pair with a box where I can put them!!. And this is not the first time I have this problem, so no more. "
