Narrow Shaft
" This boot is really cute and has very soft leather BUT has a very narrow shaft. I've never had issues fitting into a boot before but these I could barely zip up and therefore, I will be returning them which is too bad because they are so cute! "

inconsistent styling
" I fell in love with these boots at the store but my size was not available so the clerk reserved my size at another store. I stopped in and bought them. When I got home, I noticed that the leather did not match. I have the cafe brown boots. The shaft on the left boot is noticeably different (texture, finish and grain) than the right and I don't think will correct over time. I'm returning them. "

Disappointing
" I am very disappointed in these boots. The quality of leather seems cheap. The foot bed is hard and slippery which makes it difficult to walk. The right boot was very loose around the ankle, but the left boot wasn't. I expected something much, much, much better for $150. I am returning them. "
