Great watch and amazing customer service

" The watch is beautiful, extremely comfortable and made by a 200+ year old Swiss legend watchmaker. I am glad I purchased it from DSW. DSW Customer Service was astounding (beyond excellent) even though there were a few problems with the order – and they made me a big DSW fan. Specifically, the first watch was sent to me without any manual or supporting materials. Customer Service was great. They called me a day after the watch arrived to make sure I received it and was satisfied. I told them of the absence of materials and they were quite apologetic and immediately coordinated the return and exchange of the watch. (Further, they were professional and offered me a refund if I did not want another watch – and I very much appreciated that they did not try to coerce me into keeping the watch and not taking a refund.) They kept me informed of the order status and called to make sure the second watch arrived and that I was satisfied. This second watch had all of the requisite manuals and materials, but the moon function did not work. When I told Customer Service they were again wonderful (and apologetic) and coordinated the return and exchange. They kept me informed by phone and email of the status – and made sure the new watch was tested by the DSW jeweler to ensure it was working properly before it was sent to me. The third watch arrived and there were no problems. Customer Service again called and emailed the day after the watch arrived to check that I was satisfied. I believe that there can be problems with any product order (whether via online or in a traditional store) – but how a seller deals with the problems can make the purchasing experience either positive or negative for the customer. DSW Customer Service made it a very positive experience for me. In fact, they were so great I subsequently bought my wife a watch from DSW. If you order from DSW, I hope you are lucky enough to deal with Aiza or Kristen in Customer Service, both of whom assisted me in connection with my order and first rate in their service and support. "
