Finally boots that fit my calves
" Well, the boots were a perfect fit in the store, then of course, I was wearing a dress and no socks. I tried them on at home with my skinny jeans and I had to take an extra minute to zip them up the back. But they fit and I do not feel like my calf muscles are suffocating or screaming in agony!!
I did notice while sitting at the movies the area over the middle of my foot felt the slightest bit tight. I am hoping it is because they are new. I plan to wear them around the house more before going out with them on again or maybe stretching that area some. Overall the boot is great. The turned up toe is funny looking but I still like it. I was looking for a boot with a lower heel for comfort's sake. I have always found b.o.c shoes to be very comfortable. Now to find a pair in black!
I am 5ft 2in average sized BUT 16 inch calves (and yes all my life I have had issues finding boots that fit my calves) and I purchased the 7.5M. I usually wear 7.5/8 sizes shoes. "

Great boots, but too long
" I ordered the brown color in a size 7.5 and am very pleased with them. These are great looking boots! The reddish brown color is very pretty and I like the simple details. The fit is good in the leg (room for jeans and socks), but kind of odd otherwise. The foot is way too long, to the point where it looks unbalanced and I have gotten comments that my feet look big! I would try a smaller size, but I don't think it would fit, since the foot is pretty narrow and they are just right everywhere else. Oh well -- they feel just fine, and I can live with how they look. Overall, these are very comfortable to walk around in and I love their classic style. "
