Worst Purchase
" I am a runner, and I have bigger calves (muscles) because of it. I was excited to order what looked like cute boots for wider calves. However, I knew immediately that I would be shipping them back to dsw.com (which I have!). They were not truly made for wide calves and the "inner stretch panel" is non-existent. Furthermore, the shoes are cheap plastic and look trashy. While I was unable to actually put them on because they were not wide calf, as advertised, I would not recommend them to anyone, unless as part of a trashy costume. Don't do it - avoid them and find something else! DSW.com has lots of great shoes, and this is not their fault. The boots were just rather unfortunate. Don't do it - find something else! I have since given up on my dream of finding tall boots for wide calves that don't look rather cheap. "

NOT WIDE CALF
" THESE BOOTS ARE SO TIGHT ON THE CALF THEY FIT BUT THEY R A PAIN TO GET ON BECAUSE I HAVE TO STRUGGLE WITH THE ZIPPER AND PULL AND STRETCH! IF U ARE 17 INCHES ON THE CALF THEY WILL NOT FIT! HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THESE BOOTS =( "

Cute, Chic, Comfortable
" Love the boot, it is comfortable for a 4 in heel. The pewter color is more like grey, black, and a muted silver combined. I loved the height on the leg. The shoe itself isnt wide, so you might want to go up a size if you need a wide shoe, the calf itself isnt that big, they shouldnt call it wide because it is only about one inch wider than the normal size. and the panel doesnt stretch even though the description says so. So if you need a wide calf boot then i wouldnt suggest these. I am keeping mine because good knee high boots are hard to find but I wont be able to tuck my pants or anything into the calf. Color is great as a neutral and unique. would give it 5 stars if the calf was at least 2 inchs bigger and more cushion on the insole. "
