Not comfortable and doesn't look flattering

"The size fits perfect, but the length looks short due to the fact that the heel points upwards.

The zipper on the back of the boots will not last. It is nearly impossible to zip and unzip! I tested multiple ones in store and noticed ALL the zippers are difficult to zip. I'm sure the mechanism will break soon.

I returned the boots even though I really wanted to like them."
